Peter K. was awesome, so patient when I was asking A LOT of questions to finally settle on what fixture we needed, he was also friendly and took the time to make sure we understood our options. No silly options with pricing, straightforward and clear We couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this company!

It's hard to find an ethical plumber who will be straight up with you. Peter, the owner of Plumbers Direct Inc. came through when the City sewer backed up into the basement. Peter instills trust. He and his crew installed a back water valve and new drain clean out as well as new pipes to connect an exterior drain to an interior drain. They were pleasant, professional, clean and more importantly, very communicative, on time and stuck to their quote even when a few extras popped up. What a pleasant experience in such unpleasant circumstances. I've found my plumber for life!

I had a plumbing emergency & Peter really came through for me, He had two of his guys come & fixed my issue within a couple hours of my call. They were very professional & explained to me what they were doing. I am a new hone owner & Peter educated me on the issues I had which made it easier for me to make some decisions. Home improvement can be stressful but this was not, I am very grateful.

Recently I had basement bathroom rough in work completed, Tenzin did a great job with everything needed, always very knowledgeable and clean work. Plumbers Direct was very responsive to my call. They came quickly and when the faucet was not a right fit, they replaced it with one that was more a bit more expensive but honoured the quote they gave us originally. Very quick and clean service. Will use them again .

I have to say that I was very pleased with their service. 1) called number and it was immediately answered. 2) had to change time and they were very accommodating. 3) guys who came over give you a price upfront, no hidden fees. There is a $59 service fee for any call. 4) had parts on hand, fixed and cleaned the space before leaving. 5) same day service too, which is very rare these days. I will definitely be calling them for future needs that arise.

Plumbing issues. Over the last few weeks we experienced a drain back up which completely destroyed the contents, carpet and drywall in our finished basement. We were completely overwhelmed and in over our head. Not knowing what to do after we cleaned, removed and tore up everything we contacted about 8 plumbing companies to get an idea on what happened and what to do to avoid future problems. After spending over a week getting quotes and having many discussions with so many companies, Plumber’s Direct came on top. What I mean is from the very first phone call with Peter to my last interaction with him has been outstanding. He came the same day that I called and provided me with advice and a no charge detailed quote. You would be surprised at how many companies I called that refused to come to provide us a quote without charging us for the visit and for putting a camera in the main drain to understand the issue. Peter recommended on next steps and explained everything to us clearly. Once we decided on what to do, within a few days the crew was there and tore up our driveway and replaced the entire main drain. Peter, Joyce, Tenzin and the entire crew have not only been very professional, knowledgeable, reliable and honest but went way beyond our expectations. The crew worked so hard and diligently, covered all their work areas, cleaned up after each job and gave us options for every step of the way. We had to replace our main sewer line which was not only damaged in some spots but was blocked in many areas with roots. Tenzin explained and answered all my questions, (and trust me we had many). I also texted Peter and Joyce with a lot of little requests and they replied each time in a very timely manner. Joyce was a phone call and text away for all our inquiries before and after all the work was completed. She took care of all the utilities locate, city permits and assisted me in applying for the rebates. The entire team is excellent and in the future we will only be calling them for all our plumbing needs. We highly recommend them and will definitely refer them to family, friends and neighbours.

As always Plumbers Direct has provided exceptional service! This time we had a camera inspection for a blockage, and a sump pump/backwater valve installed. We have never second guessed ourselves to call for their services for both our home and work locations. Peter and his team are very professional, informative and responsive. The work is always done efficiently and clean up is excellent. We have already recommended them to family and friends. You cannot go wrong with Plumbers Direct!
