She staged our existing condo so it presented well in pictures and showed why we fell in love with it when we bought it 3 years ago. We got a great price and she helped us find our dreamhouse for our budget. I got my mancave and my wife got all the natural light she wanted in our new home. JD really listens to people and gets the job done in record time. We found our home in 2 weeks and sold our condo within 2 months! Fantastic agent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From staging our condo, to getting pictures taken, to getting it sold (for over 200k in profit!), and finding us our dream home, JD was fantastic throughout the whole experience. We were stressed with the closing and finding a new place in time but JD told us not to worry and she was on it, looking for houses that fit our must-haves. You couldn't find a better agent that was attentive and informative so we were making the best decisions for us. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking and have in fact referred people to her because of her superb customer service skills and knowledge of the field. Thanks JD!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous, Professional, Well Rounded - We were in the market to buy a new home in a very expensive area, JD educated me about the current housing market, shared listings that fit my requirements within my budget and criteria.
She also helped us with the sale of our current home - cleaned it up, marketed our house in order to ensure the close of our current home value was maximized to balance the buy of our new home.
She made the process so easy, while we know she worked so hard for us behind the scenes. If you are looking for someone to work for you - and you are serious about buying, selling your property or investing in a property, I would say JD is the BEST AGENT! She will go beyond the call of duty!
