He showed us a number of properties, keeping with our list of desired factors. Recently, I decided to sell and Gary walked me through all of our options. He has been thorough, patient and above all – held my family’s best interests in mind. This is a situation where he could have sold my house and made a significant commission. Instead, he took the time to explain that using this property for rental income may make a lot more sense. I am now a landlord and grateful to Gary because I would have never taken this step without his expertise.
