★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought a dishwasher. was told free delivery and install promotion was going on. got the dishwasher early. they even delivered before scheduled time slot. however the guys dont install they just deliver. called and the staff basically played dumb saying it was not on the invoice. ( my bad for not double checking that he put install on my invoice after he already forgot to add delivery) I just assumed when he marked yes to did the customer purchase all necessary things for install that it meant I did since it was a promotion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over all the staff was great to help with prize match and to load up the items, well lit and organize store they have every thing from building supplies, electric, outdoors, backyard item etc what ever the customer are looming for in the Town of LEDUC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location has covered some ground in the last year. Staff now is friendly, helpful, and customer oriented. The rows are neat tidy and well laid out. The tool bin is well stocked with good variety and average pricing. A staple for the homeowner and a good construction desk area. Overall a more pleasurable shopping stop than a year ago and a great place to have in Leduc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl at the counter was really nice and helpful. One thing I must say is that it’s -30 outside and the front doors don’t work and are pinned open I was starting to get cold standing in line at the cashier so I can imagine what the people working the till feel like . Seems like a total fail in management Or maybe its head office being cheap. I don’t imagine having the doors wide open all day helps the heat bill.
