★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their washroom is EXTREMELY dirty. I told the staff on duty: “hi, i just wanna let you know that the washroom needs to be cleaned, its really dirty”, he answered “then dont use it (i think thats what he said)”. Then gave me a stink eye. Seriously??? Just WOW!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location was definitely not clean. The bathroom handle and door was sticky and black, as was the floor and sink. Please make a bigger effort to clean your store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like the ability to use the Shell app on my smartphone and prepay the pump right from my vehicle. I did not go in the store or deal with any staff so no comment on that end of it. But it is really easy to drive in gas up and go.

As I’m a night patrol guard so to use washrooms i need to go for gas stations. The night person over here neither comes on window nor opens door. Might be sleeping inside. Shell gas, please ask your employees to check outside if someone needy is on the door. I know nights are difficult…… but still.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this station for a propane tank 12pm of March 19. This cashier not gonna name names just said we don’t have deliveries, he never even double checked outside. I saw sealed propane tanks outside. Really?? I don’t know how to describe that. But thank you, I’ll bring my business somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inside store is absolutely disgusting and filthy, mud everywhere including the horrific bathroom. Garbages at the pumps are overflowing there’s garbage all over the asphalt by the pumps. Every single squeegee bucket is bone dry. I’d assume the franchise owner is running the till judging by the land rover parked out front, enjoying his tv show.
What a disgrace, great brand management on one of the busiest commuter weeks of the year. I’ll be avoiding this dump in the future, and opting for the husky on the east side of the QE2.
Shell fire this franchisee and fire your regional manager, pathetic.
