★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a small town DQ that tries to do a good job but often isn't equipped to deal with how busy it gets at the drive-thru. It always takes a fair amount of time to get your order and if it's a hot, sunny day, forget about getting an ice cream cone fast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. We bought an ice cream cake and it was dropped accidentally. It was a bit of a mess!! Brought it back and even though the cake decorator was done for the day she stayed and repaired the cake. It looked even better then when we had purchased it. Thank you SO much!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man in front of me in line was taking his sweet time choosing which cake he wanted at the till ? At this point my patience was being tested because I was thirsty and craving a Mango Pineapple Julius, but my goodness I got that Julius instantly after I paid. On a regular day when people aren't buying cakes for 10 minutes and holding up the line, the service must be very fast. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure what happened to my review. It seems like it may have been taken down or something, Overall not impressed by this particular location. It all started when we entered. There is a sign on the front door that says we will honour competitors coupons... how do you compare DQ with McDonald's or Burger King or anyone else?
Well, according to the store manager, if you present him with a two can dine for $14.99 type of coupon for A&W Mama burger combos, that to him is equivalent of simple cheeseburger combos. So then I presented him with a two can dine coupon for A&W teen burger combos, apparently that's still equates to a cheeseburger combo... Dear restaurant, Take that sign down as you have no intention of honoring it.
Here is a pic of my DQ cheese burger vs a mama burger from A&W, I'm not sure how you compare these two to each other but it's clearly not the same.
Overall the service was sub par, cleanliness was slightly above standard. Food was standard grade.
I have stopped at this location one previous trip through. Service and food was so-so at best, This will be my last visit that this particular location. There's nothing here to make me want me to come back.
