★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered two sets of glasses from the eye Centre leduc. I was told the glasses would take one to two weeks to get in. On set was in in two weeks, a month later they still don't have the second set. I know I'm paying more than online stores, which I was okay with, because I thought I would get them quicker. Might as well just order online next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to get a prescription so that I can buy glasses and contacts online. They refused to measure the pupil distance when I went the first time and when I got my contact prescription it was almost useless as it didn't show the B.C. or Diameter.
This place is not the place to go unless you intent to buy glasses in the store, very disappointed that I spent money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Eye Centre does not even deserve one star! I went in to have my new glasses adjusted and they scratched one of the lenses and will not do anything about it. According to the sales associate the mark on my lense is a smudge not a scratch. I have had glasses for over 30 years, smudges can be cleaned. The mark on my lense is a scratch caused by my glasses not being cleaned properly by their sales staff. If they can not properly train their staff on how to clean polycarbonate lenses what does that say about the quality of service they offer?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Got a great 2 for one. I have never been offered a 2 for 1. I went to a place in Edmonton for 25 years. They were wonderful too. But not as wonderful as The Eye Centre In Leduc. I love living in Leduc. I will return.

Was informed that the dr was going to be a few minutes late. I waited for 45 minutes after my appointed time, and he never showed up. So I just left.
I'll take my money to a dr that is capable to see his watch.

The staff are knowledgeable, the optometrists are kind and always willing to answer my many questions. I always leave having had a great experience and with the products that I need. I will also say that the turnaround to receive the glasses and contacts is always within the stated two weeks
