I recently developed a neurological condition that affects my ability to close one of my eyes. Despite following my doctor's recommendations for eye care, my eye quickly became dry and painful. I called New Dimension Eye Care, and they were able to see me that same day. Dr. Kanji listened carefully to my history and concerns, performed a thorough exam, and recommended treatment. He also coordinated with my family doctor to ensure I was receiving complete care. With treatment and careful follow up, my eye is comfortable and no longer dry! Thanks to everyone at New Dimension - I'm so grateful for the care you've provided and would highly recommend you to anyone looking for an optometrist in Uxbridge!

Being both of our first exams, Dr Kanji was very patient and answered all of my questions. He has a wonderful passive demeanor and my daughter who isnt a big fan of doctors or men felt quite comfortable with him and had a great first experience. I highly reccomend this well kept, friendly clinic to adults and children alike.

The doctor showed me photos of my optic nerve (I've never been able to see it before) and went above and beyond in explaining to me my options and what is going on with my eyes. I truly felt empowered after visiting.

What I loved about my experience is that Dr. Kanji explains to you exactly what he is doing and teaches you about the health of your eyes. The process is thorough with attention to detail and the trust factor is solidified when you see your doctor is enthusiastic about the field and explains different aspects of the exam to you. Apart from the eye exam, they have an amazing selection of high quality frames and the staff are super friendly in helping you make choices.

The New England trained Optometrist Dr. Kanji, is an expert on occular neurological interaction and conveys what is going on in regular terms. Today I went in and was completely blown away with how well organized the clinic is and how super friendly the staff was. They didn't try to sell me eyeglasses and said my current ones were fine. Unlike other places where you are forced into a hard sell situation. They took comprehensive history and I think this would be a place that Opthemologists would send their kids. It's that good. Reception staff and assistants were super professional and friendly. They even have a minion over seeing the Reception. (See the pic) and no this is not a paid review. And this was my first time there. Its on the lower floor and wheelchair accessible. A hint is that washrooms are at the opposite end of the hallway beside the blood lab..good idea to visit it as the appointments are thorough. There was no noticeable wait in the reception area either. All in all they now have a client for life. I highly recommend this place.
