★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went last monday for my pr photo and charge for $29? Wow this is ridiculous, and when I checked my photo at home theirs bluish discoloration.very annoying and disappointed with this studio. I guess shoppers is better for photo passport cheap for only $17. Going back to return my photo at unlimited portrait studio, not happy.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with how long it has taken to get our photos back. Called the store and left a voicemail and they never called me back with information about my order. Then I called during business hours and the lady cut me off as I was inquiring about my photos, saying she was going through them and that I would for sure get a call later that day saying they are in, that was a call I never recieved. I look forward to getting my photos but will probably not go back and buy my photos through this location. Hiring a photographer will be what I do next time as I have had better experiences with an independent photographer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with service and pictures here i have been using walmarts for years for photos and always get get photos this time i paid 130 to have photos from whole session and it was same photos over and over with max of 5 to 7 good photos, not to mention the photographer was not well with children nor did she come up with any ideas. she had a very negative attitude and i ended up just giving up she knew no good poses no back ground changes and i felt like she just did not want to be there only giving 1 star because i have too

Infant passport photos, kids and adults.
Pricing was different from Walmart pricing for the photo services, though this didn't stop us from using the services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've gone here twice for photos and both times was awful. Dirty, damaged back drops that are way to small to be useful for anything. Limited props and the most recent time the area in which the photos were to be taken was soaked. We had to stand in some unknown wet spot.- no heads up on that before we arrived either.
Asking for the back drops to be changed both times was like pulling teeth and made to be some big chore and the employees clearly do not care about the customers. -100 stars if I could. Don't waste your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new employee who is a mom with Brown hair who helped my family and I take passport photos is THE best! Hands down best employee, she went out of her way to help me and was very quick, efficient and fun when taking photos with my daughter( despite having to do the mugshot with no smile.) 10/10 Would come back here for any photo needs just to work with her. Great photos, even better employee!
