If it weren't for his patience and persistence over the phone with numerous agents from head office I'd probably still be there fighting. He went above and beyond the call of duty..using his personal phone and computer to help me out all while juggling other customers and calls on the business phone. It's

I was helped by one person over the phone who was excellent (helpful, competent, friendly), and another in-person (Stephane M.) who knocked it out of the park. I witnessed 2 other employees assisting customers non-stop. Every single customer was approached with the same enthusiasm, professionalism, patience, efficiency, competence! Couldn’t have been any better/easier. Thanks!
