Disappointing - awesome on the phone, but did not follow through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is so cozy. I love going in to browse and always leave with either a hot sauce of some kind or a piece of jewellery for a friend. They have the cutest kitchen accessories too. Definitely a great place to go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in with the kids. The lady at the counter was amazing. Asked why we were getting these items, got the kids each a get well soon card to place on their purchases. She wrapped them and educated us on how to do clippings of the plant we got. Amazing customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so disappointed...On a friday they close at 5:00Pm!!!!. I was, what felt throwned OUT!!! WE came from Montreal for X-Mas present shopping. Guess we'll have to search for somewhere else to get our presents and decorations .?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gift ideas and variety. Right before Christmas 2020 l was able to ... in 30 minutes on my lunch hour ... pick out 3 gifts and several ornaments ... for a man even, get them wrapped and back to work on time. You can't do that very often! Bravo to Kim and her great gang! ❄☃️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered superfine rice flour( which is very difficult to find anywhere )off of their website. The price was very reasonable. They shipped right away and emailed me to make sure that there were no special instructions. I received the order a couple days later.
The best thing is they sent me a handwritten note and included their most popular spice blend since I didn't take advantage of their free shipping over $50.
I will definitely be ordering from them again. They are so professional. I can't wait to tell my fellow Canadian bakers where they can find this special flour blend for Celeac's.
