Ive had ONtarioeast from the time I moved to cornwall over 3 years ago. Ive never had such awesome customer service before like I've had with them. above and beyond what I expected from an internet company.

Im starting to think that this company is just out for your money..Seems anytime you call theses people they love to hang up on you.The customer service is very [RUDE]I have called many times with a problem and all they could say was will send a tech out..I do believe their tech's come on a pony express..My service is down often and that is all they can say is we will send out a tech.I would not send any1 too these people ...I even had 1 from the office here over an hr.and she couldn't get it set up..So why are they sending people who know [NOTHING]My advice to any1 if you want good internet I would say BELL OR COGECO..At lest you get the service..This compamy is a joke...

Was going to get internet from them they never showed and when we called to cancel they won't give the 146 I gave them back they said they would give us 50 but got to wait 4 weeks so we waited the 4 weeks and when we called them now all of a sudden we owe them money. This has to be the worst company ever. They like to hang up on you and like to take people's money I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy

For a communication company providing telephone and internet services to be closed on weekends, leave a message and receive a call back 48-72 hrs later, should you miss the call repat step 1. Expensive and incomparable packages SURPRISINGLY this company still operates.

I never write reviews but this company is absolutely horrible. They are absolutely rude and the service is the worst I have ever seen. Been waiting over a month for someone to install our internet which never happened. At first it was a few days and you will be connected. Then oh sorry it will be a few more days and I had to call to find out. They don't call and let you know what's happening with your service. So I wait another two weeks. Still no internet and no phone call to let me know what's happening. So I call again and now I'm told another two weeks so I wait again and now Im getting frustrated because we still don't have internet and no one cares yo let us know what's happening or when we will be connected. So I call and this time they tell me they don't have service in my area. After over a month of bs. Now to get my refund I had yo drive to Cornwall and they did not compensate us a dime for our yime wasted and our gas. We had to spend $20 gas to get our money back. I was angry that they wouldn't compensate me a dime and they were very rude refunding me my money threatening me to mail my money instead of giving it to me there because I was angry and a bit rude saying their service was absolutely horrible and ended beong threatened with my own money. Worst company ever. You have been warned! Wish I could rate 0 stars.

Great LOCAL internet provider. Easy to transfer from my previous provider to them, they simply hand you the modem and you wait for their signal to plug it in. No need to be home for an entire day waiting for a technician. Customer service is great, you don't have to wait on the phone hours before talking to a real human. Their monthly prices are the best in town!

Vmedia, the television provider portion, can be glitchy at times. It will sit and buffer, become out of sync etc, they will also add channels for possibly a preview but they dont tell you about it or how long they will be there for. Sept 4 update.... yesterday after work, no internet at all. Tried to reset router, no luck. Called them, overflow line answered. The Kerstin seemed to have a hard time understanding that there was no way to get hold of me when the phone I was using left with its owner. Fast forward a couple of hours, and my phone is back and I have an email from them with questions I answer. No response until 10 the next morning. Tech arrives 45 minutes later, very nice person. The problem was the bell wire to my house. Someone switched the wires before my house. Why? I have no clue. Tech can't change the wires in the demarcation box that belong to bell, it's a political/liability issue. He can check which pair of wires is live and since i own the wires on the other side of the box, he can change them. That is what he did. All is back and running again. Oct 3 update....in the last month we lost services sever times. A couple days after my last update there was a outage that lasted many hours. They said broken wire someplace. Everything was still glitchy. Last night, everything stopped again. Contacted them but no luck yet. Won't have a tech until next week. Person I was emailing was telling me that what I watched their tech do last month was not what was done. I have been troubleshooting maintenance issues for 30 plus years. This has been happening way too often. Time to look elsewhere.

After almost a week and a half, I'm still waiting on a call. Had very old equipment and they never bothered to offer new, or update the software or hardware. Customer service can use improvement.
