★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je n'ai pas vecu l'experience etant avec une autre compagnie de telephone ... Mais mon conjoint a eu des problemes avec son cellulaire ... Et mise a part dire d'appeler le soutient technique ou le gerant... Ils ont pas faite grand chose en 1 mois et demi mise a part envoyer et renvoyer et renvoyer le cellulaire en reparation ... Je ne recommende a personne Rogers et encore moins celui de la boutique de Shawinigan !!!
I did not experience the experience being with another company of telephone ... But my spouse had problems with his cellular ... And apart from saying to call the technical support or the manager ... They Did not do much in 1 month and a half apart send and send back and send the cell repair ... I do not recommend anyone Rogers and even less that of the store Shawinigan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prix très cher et beaucoup de frais cachés. Ils m'ont vendu un téléphone à 1200$ et il leur appartient encore après avoir payé ce montant, prévoir un autre 200$ pour que le téléphone m'appartienne.

L’agent a aussi omis de me mentionner que je devrai payer 190$ a la fin de mon contrat si je désire garder l’appareil. On m’a menti pour que je rehausse mon appareil avec eux. Extrêmement déçu du service. Très hate de changer de compagnie dans 1 an
