Les employés sont sympathiques et je n'ai eu aucune difficulté à avoir un rendez vous . I had a very good service, the bank charges are similar to other banks but there are more benefits with the rbc. The staff are friendly and I had no problem getting an appointment.

La Banque Royale vient de m'envoyer une lettre de résiliation disant que tous mes comptes de placements sont fermés incluant mes comptes avec toutes les économies d'une vie! J'ai contacté RBC plusieurs fois et personne ne sait pourquoi! Vous fermez mes comptes sans même pouvoir fournir un motif valable!! C'est incroyable!! Je travaille avec un notaire et 2 comptables, ma situation est 100% légale, les impots sont payés, je ne suis pas en situation de surendettement, j'ai un très bon revenu et mes placements sont payants. Bref c'est carrément de l'abus de RBC. VOS ÉCONOMIES NE SONT PAS EN SÉCURITÉ CHEZ RBC ! LA BANQUE PEUT FERMES TOUS VOS COMPTES SANS RAISON ET SANS JAMAIS FOURNIR D'EXPLICATION ! RBC=ARNAQUEURS CAUTION DON'T TRUST RBC! Royal Bank has just sent me a termination letter saying that all of my investment accounts are closed including my accounts with all the savings of a lifetime! I have contacted RBC several times and no one knows why! You close my accounts without even being able to provide a valid reason !! It's incredible!! I work with a notary and 2 accountants, my situation is 100% legal, taxes are paid, I am not in a situation of over-indebtedness, I have a very good income and my investments are paying. Mes comptes se sont fait hacker lors j’étais à l’hôpital et très bon service pour m’arranger le tout. En plus je suis un anglophone né au Québec, alors je suis bien contente que le message est bilingue. En plus il devra le mettre en Atikamekw, Innu, ou autres langues autochtones, eux ils étaient ici bien avant nous les importés d’Europe. Best financial institution with whom I have done business. Le surlendemain, j'arrive pour payer un truc a boummm ça passe pas. Je regarde mon compte et le paiement a été refusée. Jappel la banque et il me disent nous sommes désolés mais après 18h la journée est terminée pour nous. Donc, c'est pour ça que le refuse !! 45$ de frais plus l'inconvénient et la banque ne me rembourse pas.... 8 ans que je suis avec vous combien$$ vous avez fait sur mon dos ???? Je retourne voir mon ancienne banque qui eu mon accordé un prêt et pas vous ! eux mérite d'avoir mon argentavoir They go to do the grocery shopping, I pay with my card and I have a payment that will go through the next day, my girlfriend transfers them to me at 6:10 pm the next day, my account indicates that the payment went well. Ne pas faire affaire avec cette banque, et pire depuis que je suis arriver ds la ville de Shawinigan. Est ce que c est AUSSI a cause de la pandemie, ou l incompetence de certaine personne....... Vraiment pas fort. Unreliable service, fees are withdrawn, even if no rbc insurance to my credit. Not doing business with this bank, and worse since I arrived in the city of Shawinigan. Is it ALSO because of the pandemic, or the incompetence of some person ....... Really not strong.
