It would have been better in the 5 min in took them to question us at the door through the speaker to let us in and sell us the service we came for and make money off of us. Rogers customer is always right.

Ridiculous service. Don’t go to this location!! First of all we keep coming and they always have their doors locked! They won’t let anyone in. Second of all we came specifically to buy a phone line and there was a paper on the door that said they will be back in half an hour. This was around 5 o’clock. We came back at 5:45 and they again wouldn’t open the door and started questioning us as to why we need to go in. And they then told us that they are closing in a few minutes and their systems are already down and told us to come back the next day.

I was served by Cody and Neha at the Milton location. The staff in this location are extremely knowledgeable. They try to find ways to work with your need and to save you money in the process. Smooth, straight-forward and efficient service here. Highly recommended!

The door is locked.. they only let you in after taking your picture on the security camera. Only one customer per staff, but if you're a Caucasian customer that rule does not seem to apply! Manager Cody is extremely rude and unprofessional! Don't understand the purpose of having this location in Milton as I had to get all my questions answered through the call center with a real person in Montreal as the staff at this location was either unable or unwilling to assist!

Showed up today on a Friday around noon and the door was locked. Buddy comes on the mic “Can I help you?” I’m like is this not a Rogers store? He’s like yeah we keep the store locked for security purposes. I’m like in MILTON!?! He’s like i’ll be out in a minute so I walked away. There is absolutely no reason to keep the store locked the covid restrictions are over and you’re not getting robbed a block from the police station duh i’ll never set foot in that store ever what a joke!!! I was there to upgrade my plan and purchase a new iPhone plus sort out a bunch of stuff with my account so your loss!

I purchased an iPhone 13 Pro from Neha who transferred all my info from my previous phone. When the transfer was complete she handed me my two phone’s and a Rogers bag. When I arrived home the iPhone box wasn’t in the bag which I’m assuming would have contained the wire and charger. Needless to say I’m far from impressed!!!!! Once the store is open I’ll be contacting them right away.

If I can give this place less than 1 star I would. I came to buy a service from them for the entire family to make money for them. They first of all had a note one hour before closing that they are out for short break and when we came back they told us they are about to close and their systems are already off. Wth are they trying to do. They are losing business. They are just sitting there doing nothing and talking to us through the speaker at the door. Just remember the customer is always right. Instead of questioning us let us in and help us with what we came for. We would have given them the opportunity to get a full family plan service set up with them. But they lost us! Ridiculous service!

Came here today 5/14/2022. The store was empty but the door was locked. Upon pulling the handle, I hear a buzz from an intercom system asking what’s my reason for visit. I tell her I’m there to purchase a phone plan etc. and she buzzes the door to open it and lets me in. The door system is like a Jeweller. Thought it was kind of odd and funny. But when I walked it at around 10:30am, there was only one girl working there, so it maybe a safety thing. Anyways, she gave me a SIM card and gave me the number to call to activate. I then got the run around from Rogers…obviously. Store is big, don’t have too much selection in terms of accessories. The girl helping was nice and friendly. 1 star off because of buzzer/intercom, it was weird. 1 star off because Rogers customer service isn’t annoying.
