Have gone twice to the store, and both times very positive. First was last year and their service was excellent and very friendly when purchasing up a new home internet. A little over a year now, and I found myself with a modem issue. After dealing with customer service by phone and their inability to fix my problem, I went to the store after talking to their social media team. Their staff was very helpful right from the start and took care of the defective modem in no time at all. Their service was excellent given the COVID-19 situation, and they are taking all the necessary precautions.

Showed up, individual didn't seem like he wanted to help out. Seemed more of an inconvenience to him as I was trying to buy a new phone. Glad I went somewhere else who took my money with a smile. If you want to be treated like 3rd class citizen go here

Outstanding service by Julian and her team. I can’t thank them enough for helping us out so quickly and giving us a great deal on a new i-phone. They were knowledgeable by answering all our questions and concerns. Their store was clean and respected the social distance measures which I really appreciated.?

I just spoke to an employee over the phone looking to order a new phone. He was extremely rude, absolutely did not seem like he wanted to help.. not even sure why he went into work if he doesn’t want to do his job. Will never visit this Rogers location. Poor experience and bad customer service. Consider hiring employees who want to help customers not talk to them ignorantly and like they have no time.

This company (imo) deceptively and to big for their own good. everyone knows it, or will some day. So their great at one thing.... portraying loyalty to you, when it come down to whats best for them only. We had a positive (mostly) relationship for almost our entire working relationship. I was a customer for almost 30yrs. And could not be more disgusted at the way no one would work with me, with an outstanding balance, which I was committed to paying. A major change in life's financial for me and my family and we fell behind. I said here's two choices. There were only 2 choices.... 1) You get all of it back. I suggested an arrangement for payment, which was not excepted .... or 2) You (the company) gets nothing. It boggles my mind to this day - why wouldn't they want to work with me over, yes a period of years to clear balance. Even if they canceled services. I would take most over nothing. But this proves they're only in it for themselves = profit. They're allowed to have that and I don't begrudge them, after all it is a business. But I do believe there are special circumstances in which they could have offered more support. We had a death which profoundly affected myself and my kids. And they did show help and assistance, until it was clear bill wasn't going down as they wanted. Then it was game on, I had services to 3 weeks or so everything turned off. Losing not just the services but emails of someone not here anymore, sentimental things as all our emails without warning were deleted. At the time I was not happy, although understood their position, didn't agree but understood. I still owe them as its in collections now, which makes no difference, my income is too low even for garnishing. So they get $0.00 as I said. Oh well... their loss. I now look at it that it was a blessing in disguise- as it forced me to look for new company(ies) for mobile and cable, internet etc.. . I was paying about $300/month for wireless, and approx one to $200 for internet, cable... I now pay for same cell service $70/month for fast reliable services as I was getting, and cable and internet (similar packages) for $130/month - total total about $230/month all included. The best choice I could've made. More people need to shop around - even if you end up with no changes at least YOU are in control not the company. A lot just pay the bill and move on, but if you can save 2 or $300/month, pay off a credit card or put into investments much better use of your money, when there are choices out there. My own story.... hope it helps someone.
