★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn't want our daughter to fear our family doctor so we decided to have her vaccinated here.
We made and confirmed the appointment but upon arrival, the nurse said that I didn't have an appointment. She admitted that they messed up so I asked them if they could save me a trip and just give my daughter the shot anyways. Instead she insisted that we reschedule. She helped us reschedule and that took way longer than her giving my daughter the shot. Another example of Coastal health wasting tax payer's money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here when my baby was first born because I lived in the area. The Mother Goose program is fantastic. The public nurses here really care! Even after I moved to Burnaby I would stop in to say hi to the nurses who were really there for me when I needed the help in the early months postpartum. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a wonderful experience when I come here. I got my vaccines here a couple years ago and I came in recently with a question and they were happy to help even though it wasn’t directly related to their services and offered to call the appropriate provider. Thank you!
