★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very efficient and thorough. We saw Dr. Lee almost the moment we walked in after eyes were dilated. He was able to confirm that the only issue was dry eye and the optometrist who sent us here was just being cautious after a surgery. I highly recommend this clinic and its staff, they were friendly and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so impressed with the emergency eye clinic last week. I was added on and yes I waited two hours past my appt time, but to be seen the same day was amazing. The diagnosis was made and extensive treatment plan started. Special thanks to Caroline RPN

Didn't see the Dr. Till atleast an hour past my appointment time. Three weeks in a row left work early for my appointments just to sit and wait. Very disorganized. Received little to no response on what the issue with my eye was. Doctors seem rushed. Might be something to do with the over booking of "appointments"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went a couple weeks ago for a scratched cornea. I had made an appointment for 1:30 and by the time I saw the doctor is was 3:30. What's the point of making an appointment if you have to wait 2hrs.... it doesn't make sense.
The quality of service from the doctor was rushed and unfriendly. I received no explanation as to what he was doing to my eye and when I asked he was short with me. Turns out he was taking my eye pressure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was fat shamed by a male physician. "Middle-aged obese women" develop problems such as retina swelling with unknown cause. " I should lose some weight before my next appointment" and "the problem should resolve on it's own."
