B	Bilan Ali-Ahmed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly horrible customer service. The lady at the desk seemed annoyed to serve me and the nurse gave me some micro aggression vibes. She voiced and showed how annoyed she was that I came in 11 minutes late even though the confirmation email asked me to wait in the parking lot until I receive a call from them which both me and my sister never got ( my sister was actually the one who eventually called them and asked if she could come up and I went up right after she came down ). Only reason they get two stars is because I received my results the very next day. Will definitely deal with another clinic on my next trip To be fair my sister said she had a better experience and she was served by male receptionist
B	Brent Chalker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently visited Riverside Travel Clinic for a Covid19 test in order to travel to the USA. That evening, Riverside emailed me another client's Covid19 test results instead of my own which resulted in me being denied boarding for my early morning flight the following day. I was unable to rebook my flights with the airline until I had received a negative Covid19 test - so I repeatedly called/emailed Riverside from the minute they opened at 8:00 until I finally got a response shortly after 9:00 (as mentioned in other reviews - they are unreliable at answering phone calls). At this point, I had missed almost all potential connecting flights and will be forced to spend most of the day in the airport. I understand that mistakes happen but sending your client's personal information to the wrong person is very unnerving - I can only assume that my Covid19 results/information also ended up in the wrong hands. I would not recommend Riverside Travel Medicine Clinic for your future Covid19 testing and instead go to Shoppers Drug Mart where they offer Covid19 testing for half of the price.

I am traveling for 20 hours outside of north America with a departure time of 6am. She was short, repetitive with unhelpful information and rude / bitter.
k	krisna torres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the nicest people ever! everyone i spoke to was so lovely, got my results in just in time before my trip, and it only cost me $90! so much better compared to lifelab’s $224 travel test, that i never even got a booked appointment for. these people are GREAT highly recommend

I missed my flights because of them. Still haven't gotten results. Don't go here. You can find better.

Clinic called and said to guarantee timely results tests have to be done 48 hours before. We told them the airlines only accept 24 hrs before and were told no its 72 hours. Arrived at airport to find out the test results aren't valid as they were done more than 24 hours ago. Had to rush to local shoppers drug mart to get a new test where we paid less than half of what we paid this clinic. Save time, money and surprises, select right clinic.

My wife & I opted for the expedited pcr-test and the process was super smooth. The reception staff was friendly and accommodation, and the doctor was very gentle and didn't jab our brains 10/10. We were in and out in under 5 minutes. We received our results the same evening. Very pleased with the service, communication and test.
