I asked them to fix the doctor note that doctor Ben gave to me earlier the receptionist was so rude and unprofessional doctor Ben also was ignorant and did not care about my problem It's easier to die than to get something from this clinic. I went to another clinic with the same problem and received the note same day! Shame on you
R	RDV on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is awesome here. The ladies working at reception are very kind and the doctor remembered who I am even though I was a walk-in both times. Their covid restrictions also make you feel safe. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

They don't accept the private insurance and I'd you are stilling willing to pay from your pocket they don't accept any cards they take only cash. Who will carry $200 - $500 in cash. What a miserable clinic it is.
A	Ash ! on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best walk in clinics I have been to. In and out with in 20 minutes, professional staff, compassionate doctors, reasonable price for non OHIP patients. Both the receptionist and the doctor took time to explain the process. Could ask for more from a locate community walk in.
T	Trevor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great clinic, you are treated as a number and the level of care is clearly sub-par. Went there for some intense neck, shoulder and back pain. Doctor seemed not care and brushed off my concerns, claiming it was nothing while not even taking the time to examine me. Had to go to another to another clinic to finally be told that it is pretty big nerve damage and I would need physio/other related treatements!! If I would of listen to this clinic, I'd still be in pain !!
R	R Jeezy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked hours for this location on their website, open until 4:30pm, make sure to arrive a half hour before closing for walk-ins. Arrived at 3:37pm and saw the various handwritten signs posted on their door (photo attached). Called while standing outside to book an appointment and the automated attendant informed me that phones are only answered until 3:30pm. Thanks for wasting my time. Maybe update your website as the signs on your door clearly indicate that you won’t be a “walk in” clinic for the foreseeable future. If I had known all this I would have called to book something instead of attempting to “walk in”.
