I've never visited a travel clinic before and I was very impressed with the way things worked here. Nicole was professional and friendly, and explained everything in detail. The clinic was clean and comfortable. The next time I take a trip I'll definitely be coming back here first.

Nicole gave us a booklet with organized information about all of the available vaccines required for each country that we were planning to visit. The booklet also had summary of cultural background, women's safety, religious background, etc. which was just perfect for our planning. Nicole was not pushy about getting the shots and was honest about the requirement for shots. Also, she did not try to persuade us into getting unnecessary shots. Passport Canada gave us a good discount on the service fee for the second person Would definitely recommend to our friends and family!

Without asking she only recommended vaccines that were absolutely critical, and ones with high benefit to cost ratios. She explained the ones she didn't recommend. The experience was very informative and the natural cost awareness made me feel incredibly comfortable. Instead of just getting vaccines I was educated on them and other health dangers. In a world where vaccines are both costly and informationally foreign to people outside of the medical field, this is a trustworthy clinic that I recommend to my family and friends.

When I went in for my initial consultation the nurse was already waiting for me and she had prepared a detailed document outlining the recommended vaccines and medications needed for my trip. She answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. The only suggestion I would have is that at the least the nurses introduce themselves at the beginning of the appointment. As knowledgeable as they were, I felt as though I was dealing with a stranger on both visits. They should wear a name tag, or as I said, at least introduce themselves. Good service, convenient location.

I called them on my way to inform them that I was late but they told me as I was late more than 10 mins so they will reschedule me automatically . I reached the office but you know what the nurse over there was so rude and mannerless. I reached there with my 2 year old holding his hand and she in her loud voice told me that I am late so I need to rechedule my appointment . I told her that nobody told me about the 10 min policy at the time of fixing appointment and on my email confirmation . The nurse ‘s attitude was so mean and she scream on my face that I will make her appointments late . Dear readers letting you inform that there was no a single human sitting in a waiting room . I requested her to accomodate just for consultation and for vaccine we can do some other day . She slammed the door and close it without even saying sorry . I will give this facility 0 star for her nurse behaviour and her poor customer service . Being the registered nurse but mom too of 2 year old ..this lady not even listened me . I will not recommend this office to anyone.

The nurse was very professional and gave a thorough explanation of which vaccines were needed. Honestly, I thought I would just come and get a shot and leave. I recommend Passport Health for international travel.
A	Amani K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right off the bat, the passport health workers were SO charismatic and helpful over the phone and very accommodating when I tried to change my appointment! They were so kind, lovely and funny as well. When I got to my appointment, the nurse Sarah greeted us with such a kind countenance and was so helpful in helping us determine which vaccines to get for out trip and answering (or looking into answers) for each of our questions. She also had a detailed travel document ready and full of important information for us to take home. She had a very delicate hand with the vaccines and was just overall so sweet! I loved my experience and although the shots were pricey, it felt worth it for the quality of care.
