★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get blood work every 3 months and this place is great. I 'save my spot' online when it's available and walk over. The main tech is fabulous, courteous and efficient. I'm usually in and out in 15 min. I see the results online before the Dr ever calls me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked my spot online only to find out after waiting outside 50 minutes that the online system is not being used. Waited another 30 minutes inside. I do find the nurses are very good at taking blood but the rest isn't great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online wait time said 0minutes however I’ve been waiting in the hall outside the lab for over 50mins & there’s at least another 20min wait. No seating even for us pregnant patients.
No option for using “save my spot” and no appointments available for 3weeks.
Unfortunately the blood test I need is only available at life lab labs. Strongly advise against this lab & location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was polite and cordial with the staff and they were the same with me. The blood extraction went well. Wait time was reasonable and there was plenty of room in the hall to social distance. Parking isn't free but didn't cost a fortune either. The staff here probably work non stop all day so no reason to get cranky with them if you have some wait time.
