★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First I must say the staff are very nice. They do have limited staffing (when I was there, they had a total of two persons working) and lots of people waiting. No appointments taken, so first come first served. They opened at 7:30, and I got there at 7:28, but there were 6 people ahead of me already. Waited about half an hour, and then the lab work was done in maybe five minutes. The waiting room is not very big either, so that makes the waiting seem worse. But as I said, the staff seemed very nice, and the person who took my blood was very friendly and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience at the U Ottawa location. Cheerful staff. 15 minute wait after walking in. Quit complaining. Everyone's time is valuable. Would recommend it to anyone.

I’ve never had issues here. I find it faster than most blood lab places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience, the waiting time is beyond their control, but the staff was very nice and I was treated with care. I will recommend this Dynacare Laboratory at 100 Marie-Curie Private #203, Ottawa, ON K1N 6N5 because I had a great experience during my last visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service at this location is good when they are open but they can't seem to put proper notice on their voice-mail and Google to let people know that they are temporarily closed. The website gives an opening date but keeps changing it. Stop wasting people's time and close it already if you are not planning to reopen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally like this location and I have had no problems in the past, but I have been waiting for weeks for them to “reopen” and opening date was supposed to be today but they randomly pushed it to next week. Now I’m annoyed I bothered to wait instead of going elsewhere. I’m not making that mistake again!
