★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are very friendly and my appointment was extremely quick. I didn't have to wait at all! The only downside is that it's a little out of the way of anything else so we had to walk to get to the bus stop and to get to the shops we went to afterward. On the plus side it had us find a Dollarama and an Aboveground art supply store so that made it worth the walk in my opinion. That said I'm in a wheelchair, so I didn't have to actually /do/ any of the walking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Cardio Clinics in Toronto. The staff and the doctors here are extremely patient and skillful at what they do. Thanks to Dr. Anjali, Dr. Thomas and the staff , my tests were carried our efficiently and my condition was treated in a timely manner. Special mention goes to Admin Assist. Sana Bashir who patiently helped resolve all my queries by co-ordinating with the doctors during covid time. Worry not, you are in good hands here.

We were finally able to see Dr. Dryzmala and his care and ability to treat us like people and not just a health card number was nothing short of AMAZING!!! He took the time to answer our questions in English and we did not feel rushed. Still disappointed about the wait time and the receptionist's attitude however glad that we ultimately waited for a caring Cardiologist. Well done Dr. Dryzmala!!!!
My father had a 1:30pm appointment on June 22nd. He got his ECG and other tests fairly quickly but it is now 3:02pm and they are saying the doctor is running an hour behind. What a joke! The female receptionist needs an attitude adjustment. The male receptionist at least had the decency to tell me there were two patients ahead of my Dad.
If you have an appointment here, make sure you take the entire day off because you will need it. Clearly, these privileged cardiologist have no regard for YOUR time and feel their time is more valuable than yours. Here, you are treated like JUST an OHIP number they can bill!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office and staff were well beyond expectations. The office is very well set up and efficient and I was attended to very quickly and professionally. Dr. Anselm was very attentive and responded to my questions and concerns sooner than expected. An overall great experience and I would highly recommend Riverside CDI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff. I attended this clinic on October 5 2021 with my elderly mother who is in a wheelchair. The staff are all professional and very courteous and polite. Extra praise for Kyle and all his help. I wish I took the time to gather the names of all the people who helped me when I ran into some trouble with my mother's wheelchair. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you to everyone. I am so appreciative for everything you do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was quickly attended too, but I called four times over 3 days and the secretary never answered the phone only a pre-recorded message. I work underground and have no reception so I need to talk to a person cause call backs dont work for me
