★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very impolite and racist receptionist. When all those bad reviews about this receptionist, I'm really wondering why they keep her there (except if she is the owner). So make yourself a favor and stay away from Ultrasound clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try to avoid this place if it's possible.
I had an appointment at 8:30 AM when I arrived at the clinic and the cleaning lady was surprised to see me.
I was surprised that by the time the clinic opened, there was a line of 5 people standing in the cold.
It's an unprofessional and inconsiderate service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not happy with the receptionist at all. The x ray technician and one of ultrasound technician were nice though (both Asian ladies). For ultrasound they made me go back and forth several times since I haven't received a good instruction from them. The receptionist made many mistakes while booking me for xray and ultrasound. She forgot to send part of the results to my family doctor and after many weeks waiting for my family doctor to call me, he didn't even have the results. It was so annoying and I would never go there and never recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited over a month my doctor didn’t receive ultrasound results because it has never been sent out. Rude overworked front desk. Overall terrible neglect treatment during the procedure. I never write reviews but this is the one to stay away from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for my anatomy scan, prior to the appointment I was extremely excited. Upon coming in I was welcomed by a rude receptionist demanding previous ultrasounds from the other facility I had previously been to, I was not asked about this prior to my appointment. The ultrasound technician did not show me the screen until the end and was silent the entire procedure and it felt rushed, At the end, my husband was allowed to come into the room as we wanted the know the gender of the baby, she showed us a photo and said “I cannot disclose the gender you can ask your doctor in 2-3 days”. There was absolutely no warmth or excitement from the tech which caused me major anxiety considering this is our first child. Truly disappointed with the entire experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at this clinic. The front staff not only got me in for my x-ray and ultrasound the next day but they got my doctor the results the next day as well. The receptionist got me an appt the next day and was very informative and very friendly. The x-ray & ultrasound technicians were excellent. I will go back to this clinic next time I need x-rays or ultrasounds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great clinic. Reception staff was very friendly and got me in the same day, They were very profession and the location was clean. I had a bit of anxiety but the ultrasound technician made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me. My results were at my Doctors office the very next day. I would highly recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like this clinic because the staff is so friendly and there is plentiful of free parking. My pregnant wife only had to walk a few feet from the car to the door. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful towards my wife and even myself waiting for her at the front reception area.
The ultrasound technologist was very helpful and explained everything to my wife, which we appreciated.
We then seen our doctor the next day, which we received our results from him.
We will always go to this clinic for our future ultrasounds.
