S	Savitree Persaud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE OF THIS ORGANIZATION! THEY REMOVE BAD REVIEWS TO BOOST THEIR RATINGS! During the summer I brought my son here for his very first check up. I was told on the phone when I called to book the appointment that a cleaning would be included in the price. When we arrived at the office, we had to wait outside until someone let us in. During this time, my son who is 4 had to pee. I was told by a staff member to use the washroom in the building which is used by EVERYONE in the building. It was FILTHY! They didn't even offer us to use their own bathroom inside their office. After we had the visit, I was told the price was $185.00 and my son didn't even get a cleaning, which I was told initially he would get one in the price they quoted me when I first booked. They spent all but 5 minutes with him! Just a warning, ALWAYS check with your insurance before coming here. They say one thing on the phone, but do another when you actually go there. After my visit, I left a poor review which was liked by 3 other people. Dr. Massey called me personally and asked me to take down the bad review, but I didn't. It's important to know what they are getting into when coming here. It seems they somehow were able to remove my review because it's no longer on their site. This is unacceptable. My review was not fake. It wasn't rude. It wasn't defaming the company. It was TRUTHFUL! This just goes to show they will do anything to boost their ratings. BEWARE WHEN COMING HERE. I will be looking into this with Google.

J	Jie Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter Vicky has been visiting the Children's Dental Center ever since she was a little girl, and Dr. Masse is an extremely wonderful, professional and kind dental caregiver, who not only takes great care of my daughter's teeth but also makes us feel deeply cared about. The dental hygienists there also do a great job with their kind smiles, patience and expertise. Vicky will be turning 18 and graduating from the clinic soon. and it is sad to say goodbye. The Children's Dental Clinic is the best and we will deeply miss Dr. Masse!

They are knowledgeable, concise, kind, caring, attentive and really great with children; they can truly help ease a child’s (and parents’) fear. I am so thankful to Dr. Masse and her staff for their work ethic. They helped my 4 year old overcome his fear of the dentist and helped positively shape his dental health journey. I am forever thankful.

Her hygienist Nadia is so sweet, patient and gentle, and explains things in a manner that makes sense to children. Dr. Shonna Masse has such a wonderful personality that is so calming and joyful which makes such a difference to a dental visit. I am so grateful that my daughter enjoys going to the dentist. One less thing to worry about!

My daughters have been going there every since they were toddlers and the care that all the staff members show the children is truly heart warming. I would never consider taking my girls anywhere else. Thank you to everyone who works at The Children’s Dental Centre. As a mom there’s no better feeling then knowing that your kids are with individuals that care for them as their own ?

Everyone we spoke to and interacted with at every point in care was warm, helpful and absolutely exceeded our expectations. My son was relaxed and put at ease by the team.
