River Grande Estates - Calgary

Erlton is one of Calgary’s smallest inner-city neighbourhoods. But good things sometimes come in small packages!

Erlton is primarily an adult community. The community appeals to young professionals and is also increasingly popular with folks who are tired of suburban life and want a quiet, but more central setting in Calgary. Erlton occupies a prime location very close the Elbow River pathway system, is a short walking distance to both downtown and the shopping and restaurant havens of 4th Street and 17th Avenue. There is very handy LRT access too! For many working residents of the community the daily commute consists of a quiet stroll along the river or weaving through the character streets of Mission into the downtown core.

River Grande Estates is a professionally managed, award winning three-phase condo project located in Lindsay Park, the northern portion of the Erlton Community and is immediately adjacent to the MNP Community & Sports Centre, a major sports and meeting facility in the City.
