★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This condo building has a lot going for it. Some of the units have sizable outdoor terraces but most have no balcony. One always feels welcome here - the concierges are very amicable. The surroundings are rich and luxurious with special appeal to a mature demographic. Anyone for a dip??
