**Every person you interact with will ask you to fill out a survey and mention that giving anything but a 5 star review is essentially giving them a ZERO. This tactic is why they have above average ratings on review sites.** Sales department is very nice and courteous. They put a lot of effort in the sale of a vehicle. The trade-in offer I got was well above the average I got elsewhere. Sadly, issues arise everywhere else. The financing department sold me a warranty and flat out lied about what it included. Hyundai offers 30 days after the purchase to have it reimbursed, but the Finance person was AWOL during that whole time. I even presented myself once asking to speak with them, was told they were out of the office, went home and called in so as to set an appointment with them and was told they had been in the office all day. Very shady. After a month, I decided to eat the loss, approx $1600, not a huge amount. The service department likes to bait and switch. Was offered a VIP deal through email including tire change, oil change, alignment, etc. Called-in to setup appointment at the earliest possible date, mentioned the offer, was assured they would set it all up. When I presented myself for the service appointment, was told the offer had expired and could not be honored. Explained that it was impossible to take advantage of the offer since they were booked solid, counter offer was a free rinse down of the vehicle when they were done. Cost me $200 more then it should have. After waiting 2.5 hours, was told that everyone had gone to lunch so if I wanted that rinse down, would have to wait an extra hour. Suffice it to say I didn't wait and have not been back since. My advice, purchase from them if it's convenient, and negotiate hard. When you make it to the financing department, refuse every insurance/warranty, no matter how nice it sounds. Don't leave your tires there even if they say they'll hold on to them for free, it's a trap. Avoid the service department like the plague and you should be satisfied.

Great dealership with excellent service, and also who appreciate the history of Hyundai and their vehicles. Lots of parking and inventory in this very busy and convenient area.

I am amazed the team went above and beyond, thank you Yannick and Audrey. They Helped us find the perfect car for our family, not to mention they were very nice and knowledgeable. They even showed us what every little button of the car was for.

So they called me yesterday to schedule an appointment with me today for a dodge GC.They are the ones who called. I got an email confirmation regarding the appointment. I go to the meeting today. It's a 40 minutes drive. It took me time to prepare for the meeting. When i arrive, the seller tells me the car got reserved the day before and no one bothered to cancel the meeting with me. So i lost 1 hour and a half of my saturday not to mention gas money. I have 2 jobs so i am really tight on free time. The amount of disrespect is surreal. How inconsiderate can you be. I told the receptionist that this is unacceptable.

This was a much better experience than I anticipated - I was helped by Brenden, who was very professional and genuinely wanted to help find what best suited my needs. Not like a typical car salesman who just wants to make a sale, which was appreciated!
