Experienced absolutely disgusting service and organization by the sales team. This dealership had dirty demo cars, wasted our time, broke multiple promises and generally operated dishonestly.

Very bad experience!!!! I have called the day before to take an appointment, when I arrived, first of all, there was no one at the front desk to welcome me, I waited about 10 minutes before someone talked to me. I said I had an appointment with XXXXX and, I don't know why, I never saw that person. Finally I went outside with another seller for a test drive. During all the test drive the seller didn't say ONE WORD about the car!!! I was very mad about that. When we went back at the car dealer, I told him that I wasn't satisfy about his behavior and also the fact that he didn't say anything to explain the car's details or anything, he's answer was: you didn't ask me anything. I was so frustrated, I will never spend all that money on a car and receive bad service! BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! I'll go to another dealer.

I found the car ive been searching for weeks for at Mazda Duval! I live 750km away in Hamilton, Ontario. After speaking with Mathieu in sales I placed a deposit on the car UNSEEN! The pictures and reassurance from Mathieu that the car was in LIKE NEW conditon sold me! Mathieu gave me a great trade in value for my old car and worked to make sure i was happy with my purchase. I was greeted by NAME at the dealership and shown my new car. Everything was clean and polished and Mathieu took the time to change my Settings in the car to English for me. I drove 1500km round trip in one day yet it was totally worth the drive! I smiled the whole way home. This dealership is honest and they sell great cars with no flaws (I purchased a preowned car). I would recommend this place to friends and family. I Hope to use them for another purchase when my family needs another car.

Dishonest and manipulative. They try to push unrepaired, barely safe to drive cars on you. They don't want you test driving the car for long either. If you want to roll the dice with this dealership, make sure to get your own CarFax report and do your own inspection before buying. But better yet, just don't deal with these people. Once you agree on everything, they add an "administrative cost" to the price. That's illegal in Quebec and they argue that it's not. Cars look good because they give them a good clean. Look under the car and you'll see some spots that they missed and you'll know what the real condition is ;).

If you respect your time, go somewhere else. I scheduled an appointment to see the car I was interested in for 5 pm. At 4 pm, I received a "Confirmation of your Appointment" text. Drove 45 minutes to get there, arrived at 5 pm on the dot, just so they could tell me the car was already sold at 2 pm. Why the heck would you send me an appointment confirmation text at 4 pm then??? To top it off, they didn't even offer me to look at anything else on their lot. Had to drive another 45 min to get home. No other dealership has made me or my time feel so disrespected.

Update: I recommended the dealership to my dad who bought a 2017 SUV and he asked them to replace the battery, they only checked it and said it was ok and they wouldn't change it. Less than 2 months later we had to change it as it was totally dead. I also had to change mine on the car I bought, a mazda gs 2017. Also if you call them back after the sale they don't answer and will not call you back. Initially I was happy with the sales people but seriously they don't follow up and to not replace a battery when a person is paying alot for a car is pretty bad. Also had to change brakes on my car almost right away. So good and bad. Don't expect overly much followup or fixing stuff even if two cars are bought.

If you respect your time, go somewhere else. I scheduled an appointment to see the car I was interested. Drove 1 1/2 hour to get there, arrived at 5 pm I see the car i give a deposte the told me that the car needs a inspection of SAAQ , once the inspection is done they will call me to come pick up the car. I did not receive any phone calls for 3 days so I decided to call for a follow up noone wanted to answer my call I left a message they never called me back so I called again and I was told that the car was sold. I asked to speak to the manager, so I talked to the manager he told me that he will look at the file and will call me back. He never call back.the worst customer service I have ever experienced do yourself a favor DO NOT GO TO Mazda Boucherville To top it off, they didn't even offer me to look at anything else on their lot. No other dealership has made me or my time feel so disrespected.

Believe the reviews when you read them. Certainly worst customer service I've experienced. Day of vehicle pickup, car not ready, salesman took 1 hour to make up an excuse. Documents not ready, inspection sheet seemed secretive and was not presented until i insisted. Car magically shows up ready 2hrs later, broken front grill and damaged bumper which was not there when i visited the vehicle. Returned vehicle for repairs that were not done before delivery, 1 week later, manager calls me to say car is ready to only arrive at the dealer and most repairs were not done! Big waste of time and zero customer consideration. Buy elsewhere if you can.
