★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick service and excellent communication/front desk but actual install was just average, windshield was sitting too low, VIN window is out of alignment, because of thinner chinese glass and worn weather stripping on the cowl shield, rain water was finding its way into my cabin air intake/blower, had to pull out my wipers and cowl to replace the stripping myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service someone broke my window. So I brought my new window and they installed it in 45 min. While the Subaru dealership would charge it for 2 hours of labour at 104$ an hour. So it was fast (45min) and inexpensive (70$) . So for me it was a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I emailed for a quote, got a quick call back all great... they had the glass in stock and price was reasonable plus same day appointment everything sounded awesome. Two hours later i showed up for appointment price nearly doubled, the reason "we are sorry we quoted you the wrong price" They were not willing to honor the price quoted, i found that beyond unprofessional. If you need a glass replacement save your time go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front left window of my car was broken. I drove it to VitroPlus to get it repaired. They had the courtesy to transport me back home. On the same day they called to inform me that the car was ready and I could pick it up. How professional can one get?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People so gently!, but the services they did NOT at all. My car inside, the ceiling of the car is open and not in good place almost 1 inch out of the place that has to be. It was done last Week march17,202 2. I will claim to Vitro plus.
