Just took pocession of my new 2019 RX350 F Sport series 3 and I could not have asked for a better more professional buying experience. In particular I would like to mention Alain Simard. Called to confirm if a car was in stock, text message confirmations, drove 25 minutes, waited ten minutes ...opps sorry Web person did not update the site. Showed me their inventory of similar items, no effort just walked through the lot. I have never seen such dirty cars, bug stains, no effort. I would not expect this experience from Lexus.

I cant think of a better dealership than Lexus Park avenue when it comes to the service they give. I had the pleasure of meeting Fares and was amazed with his level of knowledge and overall approach. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend the dealership and Fares for any automotive needs.

We were looking to replace a car we lost in an accident and came across this dealership that had some interesting vehicles in their used lot. The salesman, Guillaume Grimard, was very helpful and not pushy at all in assisting us with our vehicle purchase. He's knowledgeable and respectful of our needs and he helped us pick a great car that we love. Recommended!

Sharing my personal experience... I initially bought my Lexus IS 250 1 year ago and the sales rep at the time provided pretty bad service during and after the sale (Followup was horrible). The reason why I actually went through with the purchase was, it was a difficult car to find at the time. Fast fwd to about a 1month ago, I noticed rust developing above my rear wheel so I attempted to reach Parkavenue Lexus St.Julie & was unsuccessful (mind you it was during the peak of Covid-19 so I understand it would be nearly impossible). I Then contacted Lexus Canada and they replied back to me within a reasonable time frame and advised me to book a service appointment with Park-avenue St. Julie to get my rust checked out as I was within my warranty period. When I went the service manager and his colleague were quite professional and assisted me and took pictures of my car(even-though they notified me right away that my rust would not be covered until it actually has a hole in it ..FUNNY). While I was waiting to get my keys returned to me, I was viewing the new LX and wanted more information so when the service manager came to return my keys, I asked if I could speak with a sales rep and he went to see if a specific sales rep who is in charge of new vehicles was available which he was not. I waited another 10mins and then left and told one of the service dept employees to have that specific rep contact me. No one did so I then sent a email to that very same rep to contact me and he only replied back to me 1 day later and notified me he will be in the office only the following Monday. I was expecting his call the Monday or the days following but no luck so I emailed him back stating that he can contact me anytime which till this day he has not. I left him a voicemail and still no call back. I then tried to contact another sales and same issue no followup nothing! I even left the service department a message and still no call back surprisingly. I assume once I post this review of how upset and angry I am, they will prob contact me within a reasonable time so I can remove the review lol. How can I refer my colleagues and friends and family with this kind of service?

My experience was a NIGHTMARE. I had initially inquired in a pre-owned vehicle on their lot in which they had gotten back to me quite quickly with the information. The planning process from start to finish was excellent from the beginning to the pick-up of the new vehicle in which I travelled quite far to do so, although the delivery is when the nightmare had begun. I had dropped off my vehicle as a trade and got into my brand new vehicle – the representative did not go through any of the features of the vehicle, just handed me the keys and left. At that point as I was transferring my plates and I did have to go back into the dealership and ask my consultant to remove and hand them to me. After this, the representative once more was in a rush to leave, getting into the vehicle I had no idea what was wrong but the speakers were not working. I then found out that they had to keep the vehicle and send to another dealership to be fixed – I was furious. How could you not completely check a vehicle prior to your client pickup up? After receiving the vehicle back after two weeks, there was damage to the back of the bumper and had the audacity to tell me that they were selling this vehicle with the damage which they did NOT disclose in any sort of documentation, communication, etc. After this, I had a trusted mechanic take a look at the vehicle, the brakes were completely worn to the metal, a major leak needed repair, a software update and two brand new tires needed to be repaired/replaced on the vehicle – this wouldn’t have passed any type of safety which means they never fully safetied this vehicle in the first place. They had offered to pay for these repairs which I appreciated but at this point there was a sour taste in my mouth – last but not least, gave me a vehicle that already had a cracked rim which I ended up having to repair myself as this was not initially found and of course, having the vehicle a few days this was NOT something that I had done. Worst experience and overall, would’ve expected a note from the General Manager or owner of the dealership to express their deepest apologies. Being in the auto industry myself, I couldn’t imagine in a million years ever doing business like this – a very unprofessional experience. Prior to buying, please ensure you see a safety certificate, ask the right questions and have a mechanic look at your vehicle prior to buying – trust is the most important in this industry and it simply was not there for me – I regret my decision to purchase from them, fully.

Great dealership in a convenient location, and part of a large dealer group. Service has always been good when I go here, and the staff can help in both official languages. Lots of inventory and plenty of service bays to accommodate customers.

About a month ago I realized there was an issue with the summer tires for the car I purchased last Fall. I contacted Park Avenue Lexus about that and they were extremely responsive and helped me resolve the issue very quickly. Couldn't be happier with their after-sale service, it was awesome!
