★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le travail est bien fait en général, mais j'ai des problèmes à faire régler certaines choses après la vente. Ils ont posé de la tourbe autour du pavé uni et de l'asphalte, mais plusieurs rouleaux avaient du gazon mort et ils l'ont posé comme ça. Aussi, le sable du pavé uni manque de durcissant et il part au vent... J'ai parlé une fois au chargé de projet et il m'a dit qu'il allait venir arranger tout ça, mais malgré 5 messages vocaux, 4 mois plus tard, je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles. Il n'est jamais venu, il ne répond pas aux messages, donc je ne vous le recommande pas. C'est malheureux pour eux, parce que si ça n'était pas des niaiseries de service après vente médiocre, je leur aurait donné une bonne note.
The job is generally well done, but I have problems getting some things sorted out after the sale. They laid peat around the paving stones and asphalt, but several rollers had dead sod and they laid it like that. Also, the sand of the paving stones lacks hardening and it goes in the wind ... I spoke once to the project manager and he told me that he was going to come and fix it all, but despite 5 voice messages, 4 months later, I never heard back. He never came, he doesn't respond to messages, so I wouldn't recommend him. It's unfortunate for them, because if it weren't for poor after-sales service nonsense, I would have given them a good rating.
