★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with this dealer. Went to other 4 GMs dealers willing to change my lease and at Deschamps they were the most detailed oriented and friendly people. Specially Mr. Yvan Laliberte who sold me the vehicle. But the entire team is very professional, they took less than an hour to delivery the car with all the documents, plate installed and vehicle walk-through. I really recommend this dealership for everybody living around Saint-Julie, Saint-Hubert, St-Bruno area who is looking for a GM vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite reading some bad review here, I have to say I had a good service at Deschamps Chevrolet. I want there for an SAAQ inspection the guy let me enter the garage while he was doing his job. He showed me some stuffs on the car and gave me advice for my car. At the cash the other guy was kind and explained me everything in details.
The girl who made me pay was a little bit cold though. She never said me hello and just told me the total. No thanks or anything but the guy did so.

I wanted to take the time to say my experience was incredible starting with the salesman Jean-Philippe Legault and then Francisco Zumaran for the financing. I was very impressed with the quality of customer care. Then on the day of my pickup I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Lyne Gagne who went above and beyond with the delivery of my vehicle. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went back again because I give people a chance and the prices are very good. Seen no problems so went forward to buy under my wife's name for his son. They tried to sell the car with an extra insurance(???) for the loan, saying something about credit cards payment... I have been in the game for years and I know you can't force someone to take an extra insurance to have the loan. We ran back home and now, will buy from an honest dealership. In fact we bought the same car in Brossard without any need for an insurance..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have made a reservation for a car and paid deposit then I didn't go with the car. So I called to get reimbursed but then they told me you have to come in persone, so I texted the Agent telling her I'm coming and then traveled all the way from Laval but then she was on a launch break and won't come before 1.15m so I requested the showroom manager to help in transaction, but again he refused to help saying I've to wait till the Agent come back from her Launch.

say that their price for the vehicle beat out all of their competition and I had amazing customer service who went above and beyond my expectations. I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to give a shout out to Maxime ( the used car representative ) for being very helpful, and also to the rest of the team who took care of me. My used vehicle couldn't of been any cleaner! THANK YOU :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! The staff is always courteous, they take the time to understand what my needs are and what is important to me. I sent them an email at 10pm, when they were closed, and 15 min later I had a reply. Wow! Many other dealers should take Deschamps as a model of good customer care.

The trade in price is as the best i could find and the new price was better than the other dealers
!
I actually had all my questions properly answered.
The employee that show me my vehicle and all it’s hidden functions was a highly experienced gm brand ambassador!
I could tell by the way he pointed everything all out he was passionate about the brand!
I went for service and everybody
was very friendly and the service costs seemed better than at the last dealer i went to.
Unfortunately i had a minor accident and was so concerned about my new car not getting fixed correctly!
Deschamps had it repaired at there state of the art affiliate repair facility . This collision repair centre is not an old body shop full of dust rust and dirt, you can eat off the floor ! The repair was done perfectly and the lent me an almost new car ! It only took a fee days i would recommend you buy from them i have bought many new cars and i have not had that level of service from any other dealer !
