★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just started here and everyone is so nice! I had never tired spin class before and now i cant see living without it. it can be intense and loud and everyones around you but thats kinda the point. 10/10 would recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took one ride. It was fun. Great energy from everyone. The bikes are great! The place is really really nice and clean! Everyone was amazing, supportive, and great. Very welcoming feeling, giving you a "belonging" to a community sense which is great too find in today's crazy lives. It's definitely a workout but I wouldn't really call it a "spin" class. Personal preference, it's not my thing. I prefer to keep cardio and strenght separate. I love spinning (been doing it for years) but not this type, too much impact on the knees and stress on my back. I've tried another studio with a "dance style and weights" before for a full body workout and didn't like it. I gave it another go but no luck. Also pretty expensive for a spin place... $270 a month for unlimited rides. About double of any other place.

Instructor Val was really full of energy, this gave the class a great vibe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got randomly charged an unlimited monthly payment after a covid lockdown without my consent. Emailed the studio to get it cleared up and they didn't respond. Bad business practices, wouldn't recommend.

Our ride instructor Barb brought so much energy to the class on Monday. Focused on getting us in rhythm. Progressive house music was on point ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Ride! All the staff are super friendly at the Lonsdale location. Olivia's hip hop ride on Wednesdays is my favourite. The classes are expensive, but worth it in my opinion. However, I would attend more classes if they lowered their prices.

New Riders, be prepared...not for the faint of heart - it really takes a few classes (even with Spin experience) to get the beat and motions. No instructor disappoints but they each have their own style. ??
