As a first time home buyer I knew the process would be stressful, but due to my circumstances I had to do it remotely adding even more stress. Fortunately, I had a great team of people at Kit + Coop to help me through it. Hugh was patient, punctual and answered all of my questions. He also had excellent negotiations skills. Thanks to Hugh I managed to purchase the first place I put an offer in on (despite there being several other offers). The market was slim pickings last November and I knew I only had one or maybe two chances to get what I was looking for in the timeline I had. Hugh made it happen. I will be using Kit + Coop in the future!
