★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came accross this cute ice cream shop by chance we saw there was a long line and we decided to join the line since it was a hot sunny day so ice cream seems like a great idea. The line moved quickly, they have a miniature traffic light that would flash green when it was okay to enter the store and red when the store was at its capacity I thought that was very neat. I had vegan raspberry and it was delicious well worth the wait and the price was very reasonable too. There were wooden chair seats and a patio like table outside to sit and enjoy your ice cream though I prefer to stroll around the neighbourhood while eating my ice cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent ice cream! I had the Vegan Raspberry (super good!!) also excellent customer service!! Nicole was super friendly, polite and efficient.
Such a cool theme and vibe. Great location.
Thanks Nicole for the friendly service and the pup cup for my dogs! ! Will definitely be back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to go to satisfy your ice cream cravings when in the area. I liked the mint chip the most and the London fog was also decent. There is also some nice seating outside to sit while you enjoy the ice cream.
I wasn't a huge fan of their cups and spoons and would probably get a cone next time even though that's not my usual preference. Their cup and spoon are both too big and the back of the spoon has edges that dig into your hand alot when you're trying to scoop the hard ice cream. An especially poor choice by Earnest even if they are environmentally friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without a doubt the best ice cream I’ve ever had in my life- and I had the vegan choices!!! Fun flavors, creamy texture, friendly staff, quick service. We came back here three more times on our trip. Amazing! Line out the door but it goes quickly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just visiting North VAN and saw the line up of about 50 people outside Earnest Ice Cream. With a lineup like that, you know the place has to be good. It was sooo good. Enjoyed the dairy free (vegan) options. All flavors were so good. Staff worked hard to keep the line moving. Kudos to the staff! Glad we stopped to try the ice cream!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best ice cream in town!! Whiskey Hazelnut is my go to, but there are lots of different other excellent flavors. I have tried the vegan choices and they are very good also. Their ice cream is premium priced but it is premium quality ice-cream. They have something for everyone. Highly recommend it. Buy by the jar and throw it in the freezer for a moment of pleasure whenever you need it. It can be very busy in the summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very high quality, a bit pricey but definitely worth it. In addition to classic and creative dairy-based ice cream, notable is the huge selection of vegan ice cream. My favourite is vegan Black Forest, which has huge chunks of brownie and marinated cherries in every bite.
