β β β β β Jackie is an absolute pleasure to work with! As a first-time home buyer there is a steep learning curve getting to know all the ins and outs of the market, and she made sure I felt really well taken care of - she is so knowledgeable and raises the questions and considerations I didn't even think of. She's also very reliable and responsive, and really listened to what I was looking for, while gently encouraging me to check out new options. In the end I landed on a place in a neighbourhood I hadn't considered before, but now I love it. I would work with her again in a heartbeat (though I hope I don't need to move again for a while). 10/10 would recommend her services!

She was professional and went the extra mile to help us understand what was going on, but never pushed us and was always honest. She actually cared to help us get a place we were going to be happy with. Just a wonderful experience all around - having someone like Jackie is absolutely *essential* - working with her was without a doubt the best decision I could have made during the whole process. There was never a moment when she wasn't available to answer our questions, find out details we needed or give us advice. Her response time was top-notch. β β β β β As a first time buyer I had no idea about the process of buying a home, all I was ever told from others was that is was going to be difficult and very stressful. Working with Jackie made the experience completely opposite from the what others warned me about. It was actually fun! I really felt like she wanted the best for me and was so patient and generous with her time. She highlighted things that I would have no idea about that made the process so much smoother. She also really listened to what I wanted and added in her valuable expertise when needed. I can't recommend her enough. (Plus it was such a huge bonus to work with something who really likes what they do!)

I am incredibly greatful for her expertise, positive energy, and patience with me as a first-time buyer. Jackie took the time to look through details of all properties I was interested in and went out of her way to track down anything missing. I could always count on her honest and educated opinion. She made the experience personal, easy (as easy as it can be in Vancouver), and exciting. I felt like I had a teammate who deeply understood my priorities and supported me every step of the way.
