This store has really changed for the better for sure years ago it was exactly what the name was no frills but the prices were untouched as far as savings . Now the store is bright clean organized everything is in the same spot as it was last month .I used to shop for my Restaurant I would buy all my fresh vegetables.the best prices and value for your buck .the only reason I left out the other star was the meat section is not like it used to be but then again the prices and the amount of meat you got for your buck is not the same either . So if you want to have a nice quiet shopping experience sun 4 pm ish is a good time or if you like to see people in the real go sat 10 30 am to 3pm The staff is incredibly helpful the cashiers are curtiuos and efficient . That's all from my prospective

Thank you No Frills for not turning away unmasked individuals. I myself wear a mask, but I respect the rights of others to choose not to. Let’s be tolerant and considerate of all choices, especially while they are exercising their legal rights.

Just did shopping at no frills my husband used $175 gift cards cashier stated cards empty and no good. Husband stated my wife checked cards on line. Cashier attempted 3 more times and card showed $175 on 4th attempt. DO NOT GIVE CASHIER YOUR CARDS CHECK CARD BEFORE USING THEM.

Always great prices and even when really busy they have enough cashiers to make it quick and easy. The cashiers have the ability to chat and run you through easy and fast.

The produce and meat are hit and miss at this location. I have been really disappointed multiple times with the quality of perishable food items. And the washroom is always questionable whether it has been cleaned or not. Food Basics across town is a better store.

One used to go to a grocery store, shop, line up to pay, would be greeted politely, was thanked, and one went on ones way. NOW, at this establishment, one has to wait while the cashier finishes up her conversations, corrects her mistakes, and complains about it being too early in the day, and about your growing displeasure with, in most cases, her performance. You're also expected to listen to her go on about whatever she chooses, whether you want to hear her nonsense or not. If you plan on using coin to get back less burdensome change, you risk confusing them and likely are still going to get incorrect change back. Don't even think about asking to speak to someone in charge. You'll be maligned by defensive coworkers, whom are determined to maintain their gossiping addiction status quo. OTHERWISE the meat at this location is pretty bad, and like others have mentioned, the produce is old. It's a shame no one seems to be in charge of customer satisfaction there, I guess no frills means, no customer appreciation. If there are staffing shortages it's because they don't wear masks... interferes with the chatting I'll assume... Other reviewers are correct, they bark at men a lot.

Fairly well stocked with some of the sale items gone already. Not too busy on a Monday afternoon. No toilet paper in public washroom. Just wish they would stop moving items to different places. And not everyone wants creamed horseradish, can't add that to a bloody ceaser

No Frills is usually my go to store for most of my grocery shopping. I was disappointed with my shopping experience today. Some advertised specials were either already sold out or there was never any of the item in their order. I was told No Frills does not give rain checks. That would be a Frill, I guess. As I was getting my milk out of the cooler, I was taken a back by the unclean appearance of the inside of the cooler around the bottom of the doors and floor inside. I have noticed this for sometime now but thought it will be cleaned by next time I come. In addition, some of the doors had big streaks of dried milk on the inside of the glass. The price of Campbells broth on the shelf was posted as $1.29. I have a photo to verify that. A display at the end of the counter said $1.69. The scanned price said $1.69. It seems someone did not get the instructions to change shelf prices from previous week or missed that item on the list. The cashier tried to reach the manager but he seemed to be otherwise occupied and others were waiting to check out. Not to cause anymore frustration, I ask that the items be put aside and my check out be completed. There needs to be a way for cashiers to be able to override computer with out having to wait for a manager. Hopefully coolers will have been cleaned next time I go. It would be helpful if all customers would place wipes used to clean their hands or carts and their disposable masks in appropriate waste containers. Employees should not have to deal with that mess.
