★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using rent faster for years now and I like the website and all but, the reason I gave *** is because the website is a bit harder to use, it glitches a lot still and it takes forever ♾️ it's super slow when it comes to loading the page but, I love the fact that you can get most of the info you're looking for right when you click on the rental property that's listed and usually there's photos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The name rent faster is not congruent with service. If anything it takes 3to5 times longer then kijiji. And a woman asked me to send her my damage deposit with the application foarm? Im not looking to get robbed but instead to rent a house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Search perimeters need to be fine tuned. When looking for a whole freestanding home with garage " Rentfaster" does not filter out duplexes, rowhousing, townhouses, main floor of house etc, all categories show up when selecting " House". Rentfaster needs to do a better job at filtering the category to place the ad when landlords want to place their ad that it is an exact description.

Makes comparing properties easy but I used more than one site. I found my new place on Rentfaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are deciding between Rentfaster and Rentboard, then do not think twice. I had maybe one lead with renboard and more then 6 with renfaster and found a good tenant. I do have to add that I was looking in November and generally it is a quiet time for rentals. In the past, I have used them during high season and had much more leads and luck.
