Catelyn has been working at CS Management off an on since 2016.   In 2017 Catelyn was promoted to a full-time receptionist in which she showed the willingness and care about the job she had and the details in the day to day duties that were required.   Shortly there after, Catelyn was promoted to the Reception Supervisor to which she took on many new duties of running the office and certain aspects of the business. In November of 2019, Catelyn was promoted once again to the role of Office Manager.  Catelyn has shown she is a dedicated employee and ensures that CS Management Inc. and the affairs of the office are handled without delay.  She shows patience and greets everyone who comes to the office with a friendly smile. Catelyn is also a Condominium Board Member and Condominium Owner.  She understands that being involved with her own Condominium is crucial and that she has a vast amount of knowledge that is an asset to assist her own Corporation. In her spare time, holidays, weekends and evenings, she plays video games and has also been to known to babysit a couple of her grandmothers’ cats “once in a while”.

First let me start by saying that no stars are required for CS Management. This management company has proven time and time again to be unprofessional, unreliable and unethical in their handling of tenants concerns. I had the displeasure of moving in to 12035 22Ave SW and from the 1st day I too my very last dealing with CS Management has been nothing but a constant struggle. Maria whom I was told is the building manager and by others site superintendent is never available. I was asked to put CASH in an envelope under the electrical room door to use the elevator for my move in and it happened again on my move out. Maria litteraly threatened to keep my money if I did not return the elevator key get this which she DID NOT GIVE TOO ME thanks to the maintenance man who was in the building the day of my move out. Maria a tip for you and a reminder of how to do your job is to ensure that you schedule move in an move out for tennants by giving everyone different time slots to use the facilities/elevators tennats should not have to negotiate the use of the elevators amongst themselves. The main objective of customer service is actually providing a service. Never make a promise you are unable to keep. Your constant mistake. Maria yuou never hang up the phone when you are unable to deescalate a situation. Maria what is your job with CS management. Are you Bretts MOM??? Brett property manager. To date I am still waiting on your call back. You do not take tennants concerns seriously and your inaction and inability to provide competent staff is a sign of an incompetent leader. During our conversation I voiced my dissatisfaction with the way things were handled on the move out and ask you specifically what measures are in place to address these concerns your RESPONSE was the BOARD OF DIRECTORS Really Brett the Board of Directors. Your job as property manager is to MANAGE the day to day operation of the facility under your care and the staff that refers everyone back to you. You failed at even the very job you are PAID too do which is MANAGE it is in your job description Do you know what power does too fools it consumes them. CS Management need a dismantling and as Brett always refers to the Board of Director I hope they read this and hire a professional management company who will actually manage the buildings. You advertise as a management company well experienced in bylaw procedures and enforcement. I would be happy to invite you too my office downtown and give you some training... Remind yourself daily Brett that people do not walk around with their titles and positions on their faces....

let me first off by saying this is one of the most professional and up to date condo management companies in Edmonton. my board changed management companies several months ago due to bad service. my property looked like trash and i understand why now. the owner of csm management is my manager and in several short months has transformed our property, increased communications and made me proud of where i live. i have had the pleasure of having a brief conversation with Curtis and he was very helpful in explaining some of the new changes in the legislation and condo rules. he took the time to explain to me the bylaws of my corporation as well and also ensured that what he was saying was understood. his company is by far the best one we have had at our place and trust me there have been a few. i was more excited to learn that our board signed a long term contract with csm and i know i will be in good hands. i can tell they care about the property and as an home owner i feel confident in their abilities to manage our property. i would recommend csm to anyone who is not happy with their current property management. they are awesome!!!!!

Curtis and everyone at CS Management are unreal. They are very knowledgeable and incredibly efficient. I am SO happy we found them after years of mis-management from a different company. I would 100% recommend them.

My issue with this company is that they’re quick to threaten people, give out notices, etc. But they will make it so hard to get in touch with management to explain the offences. They only care about earning money & they don’t care about any of their tenants. It’s a shame too cause I had a great opinion of this management company before. I will be leaving when my lease is done and I will NEVER rent with this management company again. It’s ironic how they can threaten you left and right but somehow you’re the bad guy! Like maybe if it was easier to get through to the higher ups, you guys wouldn’t have as many complaints. Also the rude responses back to people on the page prove just how unprofessional they are. Also you guys don’t know anybody’s personal circumstance so learn to treat others with kindness instead of contempt.

My experience from the very beginning was fantastic! Bret and Curtis we're very responsive and helpful! Maria my property manager is AMAZING! I can't say enough good things about how awesome she is! She went above and beyond to ensure a seamless move in, provided me pictures and videos of how to use the elevator key and where to park and have my guests park AND she had my phone number programmed in the lobby the day after I moved in! Thank you for all of your help you guys! I really appreciate it!

Wish I could give no star, I’ve been renting a condo for 4 years, and csm manages it and there the worst, we have had the neighbours kids looking into our main floor rental window and seen my gf naked and they said for us to close our blinds, apparently they say it’s ok to do so. As well as our kids toys on our deck get stolen and there fine with this as well, told us to bring our outside toys inside. Wow the lack of intelligence. There part of the bbb and I’m filing a complaint to them about this. Beware of this management team. Go else where. They don’t care about peoples enjoyment of life or privacy. ? we have evidence of them looking in not just videoing them playing, what are you implying? Do I hear slander in the making? which why are they playing on common areas, isn’t that in your bylaw? You guys need all the help for allowing peeping toms in your condos. Calling me a flake and Karen just adds to what kind of management you guys are. Cause your in the wrong you have to resort to name calling. Social media is a big thing these days?. Cheers

Worst property management I have ever dealt with. Moved to Edmonton during the pandemic and met the property dirty. Took pictures of his I met it. These people left me and my kids traumatized for the months we lived there. They even had the audacity to take all my security deposit even when I cleaned up the house better than I met it. I took them to Court and justice was served. Thanks to the judge who saw the fowl play and credited me at least half my security. Stay first from them out better still be up on your game with them.
