★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good luck ever getting in touch with anybody from this office. After 20+ call attempts over 3 weeks and about half as many messages left on their voicemail, nobody has gotten back to me, which is odd considering they want to charge me extra $ after I moved out of one of their buildings.

The one that we love about this place is the manager (Irine). She maintains the building clean, safe, private, and peaceful. Also, she has been very responsive to our complaints or other inconvenience and make sure they’re fixed promptly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We lived in Lakewood manor in lakewood for almost a month more than 2 years. It was a lovely and peacefull place to live. Building manager Lalita is a very nice lady. She always helped us in every possible way. Even during our hard times she help us in managing our funds for the rent. Couldn't expect more from a building manager. She has listened carefully to those few problems in building what so ever we had and resolved them quickly. We enjoyed our 2 years. I highly recommend lakewood manor appartments

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PM at Greystone is totally unprofessional from the hiring process, to switching the building you applied for, to lack of training and support. A lot of empty words with no follow up. Huge Security concerns, and a lot of tenant complaints….they don’t have any clue on what’s happening in the buildings they manage. Disappointing to say the least. Worst experience I’ve had in my 5 year career in property management.
Save yourself the grief and stress and Do Not Apply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We lived in the maples for 3 years and when we moved in the unit was fully renovated however it was under different management. At the time the screening process was very thorough and we were lucky to have good neighbors.
Now management doesn't seem to care about the long-term tenants and are accepting just about anyone it seems.
Maintenance is poor to mediocre, if we had an issue with our washer it was promptly taken care of, however maintenance such as our steps which were rotting or the sidewalk light which was burnt out had remained unfixed for over a year.
The landlord and tenant advisory board is no longer active, and Greystone residential takes full advantage of that. Even if you complete the full 12 months of the lease and give notice you're leaving you'll be charged for leaving to ensure you don't get the deposit back. It seems that they're all about filling the units with whoever they can to maximize the number of renters.
If you like rowdy neighbors and are fine with losing the deposit, some units are fairly nice.

The building manager Lalita Chand is very professional in dealing with the tenants.she deals with issues/problems in the building as soon as she can, above all she is very approachable ,kind, friendly and very understanding person.
Thank you for letting us stayed in one of your unit ,it was a good and safe environment to stay.????
