We have called them last minute for extra care and they are always able to take care of our needs. The caregivers they provide have been excellent. We can't thank Comfort Keepers enough. It's very reassuring to know we can call them anytime for care. Tammy always goes above and beyond to help us out. Comfort Keepers gives our family peace of mind. Thank you for all that you do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the staff from Comfort Keepers visits my Mom for 2 hours three times a week. Mom's personality has completely changed since we started with Comfort Keepers a couple of years ago. She is much happier and content and really appreciates everything. The staff are very attentive in making sure they assign the right personality. They are also very flexible at increasing or decreasing the visitation hours, based on our needs. They have been a real blessing for our whole family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home care/home health services provided by Comfort Keepers staff have been very satisfactory. Louisa has been an excellent help to meet our needs very well. She is a good example of service with a smile. The communication side of Comfort Keepers has also been very good. We did not experience any difficulty in having our request for occasional timing adjustments. Overall, we are very happy clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My request for Comfort Keepers was with little to no notice, and quite extreme. Tammy Lamming delivered exceptional customer service and was available consistently over the few days we used this service. Our student nurse Anastasia provided amazing palliative care to a COVID+ patient pursuing MAID and recently diagnosed with terminal cancer. Everything for the family was very overwhelming to handle, but Comfort Keepers were so accommodating and empathetic throughout. I would highly recommend to anyone—the level of care and compassion was truly admirable!

Tammy at Comfort Keepers was very fast to respond and organize two people so that she could have extra care for seven days a week. Louisa and Precious helped my mom tremendously. It was peace of mind for me, knowing my mother was in good hands.

They are always available when I've called and are very flexible in regards to whatever needs that I have had. The caregivers that work with my Mother are outstanding, kind and honest. The office staff are always available and have followed up with me and my Mother throughout. I have zero complaints about this Company and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I spoke with Tammy to make arrangements, and received a ride from Heather. Both ladies were wonderful to deal with. I will definitely call Comfort Keepers should I ever have a need for their services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Mom passed away very recently and had been receiving care and support from Comfort Keepers in Edmonton since 2017. What an awesome team! Tammy was always there to assist with whatever needs we had (even on short notice) and the office staff were always polite, respectful, sincere and accommodating. We could not have been happier with the caregiver they chose to assist Mom with day to day care and companionship. It was a perfect match. Mom looked forward to seeing her and spending time with her. If anyone is looking for assistance of any kind I would highly recommend Comfort Keepers as they are true to their company name and have been exceptional to work with.
