The people that work there seem to genuinely enjoy their job and are very keen about directing you towards products that will benefit your pet. My dog needs to be on a speciality diet which entails a special order of customized cooked food that they now carry. This store has been a great help navigating me through that process and accommodating those orders. I've been happy with their service in the recent months. When I come in, they already know what I'm looking for before I even tell them. I think they are doing an excellent job.

Bought our new puppy a gold tag for her collar and got it engraved in minutes for $13.99.
