P	Priya Chandrakumaran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving this a two star rating and not a one star because I went to this studio twice before and the service was good. This time, there was a different receptionist, and I told her the exact details I did the last time I went to the studio, which was that I only wanted half of my dog's hair to be trimmed off. I also said I wanted the hair around my dogs legs to be more even as she had to have a patch shaved off for her spay surgery two months ago. I even told them not to cut off too much hair, and just to make it more even. When they called me and said my dog will be ready in 20 minutes, I went there in twenty minutes and my dog wasn't ready. It took them at least twenty more minutes to have my dog ready. Also, my dog looked like she had been shaved off. I could see the pink patches of her skin. I voiced my concerns, and they offered me a discount, but I will not be going again, unless the same receptionist is there as the first two times I went there. Note: The resolution they provided was free grooming in December (right after I posted this review), but that does not solve the problem that the service is not what it used to be. I informed C&D that I will be posting my review here so other customers are aware. I will not be going here next time.

My little guy Pascal is so cute after 2 hours of grooming and especially with the little scarves they gave him. Thanks!!! UPDATE: brought dog #2 to the salon today. She is old and nervous. Cindy worked on her like a professional while a male assistant was calming and petting her. I seriously cannot inagine a better place to take my 4 legged babies.

I assume that staff is nice and helpful there cs i made an error and booked at different location but they were kind enough to accommodate me and squeeze me in.
J	Joanne Vuong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been coming to this groomer for a while and have had a great experience! Everyone is so friendly and after my dog is groomed she looks very happy unlike other groomers where she came back with a frown. Would definitely recommend you try it out!

When I picked her up her ears were barely touched. The entire appointment was 3.5 hours!!! And it looks like nothing was done. Her feet look awful as well. Looks like a did it with regular scissors. I will not be returning.

But they were able to get him nice and clean and de-shed :). Price was super affordable too! Will definitely come back for his next groom.
F	Farzaneh Eshaghian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the most horrible experience at this place. I left my new adapted poppy for full grooming and explained the style and everything clearly. After three hours, they called me for pick up. My friend went to pick her up and they gave her another similar dog!!! She figured something not right but assume its the grooming causes the changes. She called me and when I get there I noticed its not my dog at all!!! When I return the dog to them, without saying a single sorry or sign of apology, start blame us for not figuring it out ourself at the pick up. When I got my baby girl, the style was not the one I ask them and also not a clean job. When they don’t know my dog, how they could remember the requested style. I don’t recommend this place and won’t go there.
