★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys should be out of business. Mike Fraser and co don't do any work. They barely manage the buildings and just send bills left right and center without explanation. You can never get hold of Mike Fraser. Terrible company. We had a water leak issue and they never told us of damage in the other unit. I repeatedly even asked and he said not that I know of. Now we have been hounded by the owners goons and a terrible lawyer and realtor that should be in the MOB. Absolutely disgusting company.

During this time we have submitted several requests for assistance of varying degrees of urgency! Without fail we have received prompt and very helpful responses and corrective action when needed was completed to our satisfaction! 100% satisfied with every dealing with Reid Property Management! Our dealings and interactions with Fran and Shauna have been very professional and courteous! They are definite assets to the owners of our Condo Corporation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some fake 5 star reviews on here from people involved with this business. Horrendous unprofessional service. They have lost many accounts since they were bought over. The owner & super bully seniors. They take complete control of the place. If you complain she & her Superintendent start ignoring or harassing you & doing harm with intentional acts to cost you much damage & cost. If they are exposed the condo owners pay heavy costs. Many people have left the building because of them.

All employees at Reid Management have been excellent. I must mention, Fran Graf. Fran is extremely involved and knowledgeable. She is always there to respond to your calls and emails. She is very efficient and caring. She works on your challenge and gets you the answer in a very short time if not immediate. She is very dedicated and caring with her clients; lots of patience and understanding. The employees form the reputation of a company and Fran excels. Thanks so much Fran for your ongoing great service.

My dealings with Shauna Grant, Property Manager have always and consistently been professional and extremely efficient. She is very knowledgeable, courteous, and always resolves the issues I have written about regardless of the number of facilities that she manages or the sheer volume of emails and calls she receives on a daily basis. I do hope Reid Property Management are aware and acknowledges Shauna's dedication, quality and extremely efficient ways of resolving her clients issues and her willingness to go above! These are the type of employees you need and want in this type of industry!
