They were quick to respond to problems, attentive, and friendly to work with, and took great care of the property. When the owners of our rental moved back in, they also tried to find us another home to rent. Very sad to lose them as property managers!

I live abroad most of the time and know that I'll receive regular updates about the tenants, their expectations, what can be improved or fixed. E&S is the perfect intermediary between a landlord and his tenants and deals with all the responsibilites of both parties in a very professional way.

Her bike and accessories cost her close to $2000 and they only offered to pay her $250. Be Careful as they seem to take advantage of students

They promptly responded to any of our concerns or issues, usually responding to emails within the hour. As people renting out our own house we appreciated that they took good care of the rental house.

They were extremely helpful and attentive, answering all my questions speedily and thoroughly and giving me wonderful advice on the city, the neighbourhoods, and how the rental works. Plus, they haven’t left me to fend for myself after that; they make regular visits throughout the whole year to make sure everything is working properly at the apartment and they fix whatever is not working straight away. Thanks to them, my move was smooth and headache-free and I know I don’t have to worry about anything – they’ll be there to help!
