★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the service, I asked for a cleaning of my mat and what they did was steam cleaning which I was very clear that all the dirt was not going to come out with steam and they had to be washed completely. I took it twice and they always delivered it just as dirty. I do not recommend this company, they do not respond well. I just hired another service and the mat was definitely very dirty, you can tell the difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both my friend and I had terrible experiences with this company in the last few weeks. My area rug is ruined (I had to throw it out) and my friend had issues with both area rugs she had cleaned. I didn't need to use my rug right away and stored it rolled (as it was delivered to me). When I unrolled it to use it a month later, it was full of mould (I've added photos). The only explanation is that it was not fully try when they returned it. Their customer service has been insulting, and they are refusing to make it right. As both my friend and I chose this company based on the Google reviews, I felt it was important to leave a review and warn others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped my area rug to them to clean because I would spot treat the urine stains, spills, dirt etc. You may not be able to tell the difference but the water was FILTHY!!! They did an amazing job. Very happy with the results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called steamy carpet to have my carpet cleaned after a long winter and not only did they remove all of the salt stains and regular wear and tear, they made my carpet look like brand new! Very impressive and very quick to have the work done. I highly recommend if anyone is looking forward to having their carpets or upholstery looking like brand new to give them a call. Thank you steamy carpets!!
