Timing worked out perfectly and Bruce definitely went over and above to make sure things were taken care of right away and my roof was clear before I woke up the next morning. They were also able to seal up some problem areas around vents that they were able to identify while up there to get me through to the summer when it’s more hospitable to be tearing into my roof to more permanently correct things.

It is a tall structure and the technicians cleaned all three gutter levels and some high level windows.They identified some seam leaks one of which I was aware of. A subsequent visit was booked and they repaired the seam leaks and installed a drain extension and drip edge for my neighbours. Michael explained all of the work and his two helpers were professional as well. Angela provides great customer service. I recommend this company.

They always do a good job and have a large crew so they not only get the job done professionally but quickly as well.

The crew displayed attention to detail ensured the work was completed well within a reasonable time frame. When I had a concern they returned for follow up work within a day of my email. The crew was always on time, pleasant and provided excellent work. All phone calls with the office were very pleasant. The crew provided a creative solution for the rain barrel downspout that now allows us to use more space in that area of our yard. The company honoured their original quote despite an extended time line caused by other roofing repairs and the extra effort with the downspout.

I had two sections of my gutter inspected for leaking which were repaired. I’m the first heavy rain shortly after the repair I noted the one side had been resolved completely but the other was still leaking a bit. I contacted clear Ottawa and they returned promptly to rectify the issue. The communication was very good also : prompt return of phone call or email as well as communication of arrival time etc Great service ! I would definitely recommend!
