J	Jon Etherington on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is slow at times. They close off the ATM when they close the bank, even though it has its own section. ATM is closed on weekends. Big inconvenience when they tell you to go all the way to Blair. Can't imagine how CUSTOMERS without vehicles and limited mobility deal with that.
c	cd cd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Montreal Square where this branch is located in Ottawa at 562 Montreal Rd, regularly has filthy homeless people from Vanier begging there, including in front of the Bank. I was there recently and a bum with a shopping cart was sleeping at 2pm in the afternoon RIGHT NEXT TO HIS PINK COLOURED BARF in front of the bank. This bank must do more to protect its clients from this attrocity and clean things up. Either that or move the branch as far away as can be from Vanier. No I will not change branches as I have too many links to the branch number. Patrons beware.
B	Brendon Bolduc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst banking experiences ive ever had at this branch. tried to do business with them a few times over the past 3 years and its always the same.. wait forever, nobody will give you service, and they basically tell you i cant over and over. went to confirm my identity there today, just show my ID and prove who i am.. THEY COULDNT EVEN DO THAT.. "we dont have any instructions sir" ;; give me a break. Pulling all my business counts out of there. they should close this branch

She takes ZERO accountability for her staff's screw up and frankly, Cynthia, if you simply repeat "I don't understand" your point of view when a client is trying to simply explain to you their frustratuon due to your staff's screw up, just so you can at least understand how frustrating it is...well, sugar, you REALLY shouldn't be in customer service. Here's hoping our formal complaint will help get you replaced!

The good news is I went to other Td bank at riverside and huntclub for The same thing IT WAS DONE PROFESIONAL.
K	Karen Nguyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me say that I am a small business owner and understand the issues that Covid had on all businesses but using Covid as an excuse after 2 years of dealing with it in unacceptable. The branch manager is unwilling to help and basically said my bank draft is worthless. Told me to go back to RBC and take the draft out as cash so she can deposit the cash instead. My draft wouldn’t be released immediately as there’s no value to the bank draft. Refused to help verify the draft and even threaten to even ban my bank draft from even being deposited ever. If you can’t train your staffs to do process and policies properly then don’t expect your customers to know the policies on bank drafts and why do they exist if it’s not real cash to begin with? I can get the same thing done at another TD branch and the manager was way more than willing to help. I don’t recommend you to come here unless you have 1.5 hours to spend traveling between branches to get things done.

It is a rougher demographic they serve here, so they have to take stricter measures with ATM access (no access at night). I think they do well despite the shenanigans at that mini mall. It feels like part of the community there. Clean, friendly, competent. Update: dealt with Cynthia today on an array of things, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, can't say enough about the quality of service I got
